Excellent communication from Steve from initial estimate visit throughout repairs at the collision center. I was informed on repair status from beginning to end and Steve gave me confidence that the repairs would be completed to my and HIS satisfaction. Upon picking up my truck and inspection of the repairs I was indeed completely satisfied. Quality of parts used and workmanship was great and the paint was awesome. I will recommend Caliber for collision repairs

We’re happy with the repair and appreciate the honesty about the problem with the decal and that we were told that we could bring the truck back if the decal bubbles are still a problem. You kept in communication with us about the status of the repairs and we really appreciated that.
