Caliber had my Jeep for 28 days. They first told me it was done around day 21. I picked it up and immediately could tell it was not right, the tire was rubbing against something. Then I looked at it from the back and easily saw that the “repaired” section was not correct. I took it back. Then they found that the track bar was bent and replaced that (really should have caught that up front) and I had to point out tire damage they initially did not want to cover. Now I have my Jeep back but when I went to fill the gas tank I noticed that the cover to the gas cap is bent out of shape. I don’t think the proper time and effort was put in to tracking down and fixing all of the damage that was done to my vehicle. If I’m ever in a situation like this again, I will not go with Caliber.

Repairs seem to be good, there was not a lot of communication from the actual shop, which is fine. The call center kept sending messages yo schedule Nd the car had been there. I also would get automatic messages from the all center when the car would be done and it was not consistent with the actual shop.

Seems like a job well done (will not know for certain until I wash the car because a lot of dirt flying around). If all good will make your company my car repair shop for life. I liked Teresa. Very helpful.

Too many issues not done correctly that should have been caught prior to my being called to pick up the very.

Two body panels need to be repainted due to lack of coverage and one body panel has an excessive gap. Also, when we went to get the vehicle the front seat was not able to be controlled by the seat switches. We were finally able to move the seat but the issue came back several times in the next few days.

Only thing I suggest is change your hours online bc its not correct and when answering the phone state the business your answering for. Im totally satisfied with the work done to my car and highly recommend Caliber.

From start to finish I was well informed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was shocked when I picked up a clean, beautiful car. I was going to clean my car upon picking it up since my daughter’s Newfoundland destroyed it by shedding EVERYWHERE. The only thing missing is the finish of the passenger back door adhesive stripe. It looks like the passenger front door was done however the back door was not.
