I never received any communication regarding my car's status once I dropped it off. I had to call to get an update. Then, I wasn't informed of the city where the repair work was performed. I had to go to two sites to pick up my car. I had dropped the car off in Milton, DE. I was not told the car was actually repaired in Georgetown, DE. I first went to Milton after I called to inquire on its status. While at Milton, I was told it was ready to go, but at the Georgetown location. It was an annoying inconvenience.

The work is great- can’t even tell there was anything wrong to begin with. Only one issue- my gas tank was not filled back to where it was. I understand things happen- didn’t affect the score I gave.

There’s a few minor things left to fix but the staff is very friendly, professional and will do whatever is needed to satisfy the customer. I’m very pleased with the repair to my vehicle and will recommend the company to my friends.

-Rear left light was not repaired or replaced -Rear bumper does not align with hatch -Told vehicle was ready completed and ready to be picked up. Went to location where vehicle was dropped off and was told vehicle was at another location. Had to come back again later in the day to pick up vehicle.

The repair was great but the vehicles exterior was dirty. I was expecting a car wash as was the last time I used caliber on new rd. Had this been done, you would've earned a 10.
