On the day of the intial vehicle inspection, my appointment time was scheduled for 7:30am. When I arrived no one was at the collision center. It was closed. Employee’s did not start arriving to work until around 810am. My vehicle was not inspected until 8:30am.

Communication was horrible. I was not properly notified by the service technicians nor by the customer service representative at that particular branch of the state of my vehicle while being serviced.

They communicated almost daily with updates about when to expect the vehicle and it was in pristine condition cleaned immaculate inside and out when I picked it up. Paint job looked amazing

The car repair was done poorly; they didn't properly secure the plastic parts of the rear bumper. They told me to come back on a certain day, but when I did, they just told me to come back another day—without actually fixing what they had messed up.

Lloyd and his team did amazing work! When my '26 Hyundai Tucson was rear-ended, they had it back to brand new in a little over a week! These guys are great, their communication is always prompt, and they are transparent through every step in the process. If you need body and/or frame work done, go to Caliber!
