Took 1 week to get an estimate even when I scheduled a appointment and was told it'd be done by the next day at most. Took 2 weeks total to complete my car-- no updates and when I did receive one it was because I called. Staff was very friendly and nice though--- maybe it's the mechanics that need work.

I really think the actual repair could have been better. The seam in the quarter panel could have been tighter. I will need to keep an eye on the spot for future touch ups with paint. The service with the front office was very professional.
