There was an initial delay in receiving information on what repairs were needed for my car, but it was quickly resolved and then communication was frequent and detailed. Repairs were finished on time and everything seems good upon pickup and drive home. Natasha and everyone else I worked with were helpful and professional. Thanks. :)
