I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. It wasn't. Parts had to be removed and I have to return for the correct parts to he installed. I was still required to pay the full co pay despite the fact that the wrong parts were installed. Im not pleased with the process. Two employees wanted to dispute the legitimacy of the N-fab side steps installed. They were both proven wrong. Some alternate manufacturer was selected. Thats not what I wanted. The workers also insisted that the fender flares that were on the truck were no longer available. Consequently I ordered and paid for the Bushwacker fender flares myself. I dont think the staff is accustomed to a customer who is intimately familiar with the aftermarket parts, that the he, the owner installed. Consequently I know exactly what parts go back on the vehicle post repair.
