They did very good on matching the paint on my rear bumper as well as repairing the damage to it and the shock absorber behind it.

Natasha was very professional and helpful in keeping me up to date on my car repair and helping to get it back to me. She even went above and beyond and offered to stay some extra time if I needed to pick up the car a bit after closing. The front desk staff was also very helpful as well since this was my first ever accident. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The experience was great. From entering the door upon arrival I was well taken care of. As I waited I was offered beverage and snack. Natasha the adjustor had a client before me and that meeting was prompt. I was immediately seen after and she looked over my car and heard my concerns. She also rode in the car with me to physically experience the issues I had and took careful note to address my concerns. She was personable and I felt very comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands. Turnover was also very quick. I received 2-3 emails a day as well as phone calls stating the progress of my car. My car was also finished 2 days earlier and before the Thanakgicing holiday.

the people were quite respectful, polite, mannerly. provide a very warm and kind atmosphere ... They listen to all I had to say about what i was hearing from my car and the way it was handling. Even if my way of explaining was some what silly. made me feel that my problems was most important. I felt good about leaving my vehicle at your facility. knowing your employees would do there job well.... I was very surprised to learn they even cleaned the inside of my car afterwards.and "I loved it.â what a extra bonus and such a nice surprise..
