Awesome experience!! From the SUPER friendly front desk staff, to the professional and knowledgeable estimator, Natasha. And then to get surprised with not only the excellent repair job on my car - but you guys also detailed my car for me!! I was not at all expecting that. I'm 100% satisfied with the customer service that I received. The service department was flexible - taking my car for repairs even when they booked solid. And I absolutely love the text communication! All around, fabulous experience. Thanks for everything.

First of all, let me begin by saying my overall product turned out better than I expected. The paint matched exactly to the factory color. A job well done. Secondly, I would like to thank Natasha. She was professional and always provided me with updates. She was very thorough in explaning the step by step process. I will definitely refer anyone that may need ANY vehicle body work to her. I haven't had to use any body shop for many years and the experience was all good. Joan at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. Estimator Nicole Munyan did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the repair status of my care. She gets a 10 out of a possible 10 in my opinion.

You team was professional, honest and thorough. They were in constant contact with me and I loved the text message updates that I received. When a repair didn't meet standards they informed me of such and said I would not get the car until it was perfect. They were thourogh and quick. I loved the staff!! I only had my car for little over a month and you made better than new!! A million thanks to you're tire team!!
