Service, process, and time for repairs were great, better than I've ever experienced at a shop. But the result was bad, shouldn't have been approved to release. I would seriously question the ability to match a more complex paint job.

The color is a complete miss match on one side of the bumper. My car has a complex/expensive, from the factory (GMs Voodoo Blue) paint job and one side may be slightly darker but there was no blending to match. It was dark and raining for the first couple days after I picked it up so i hadnt noticed it until its been sunny but the bumper is noticly a different color. From someone that takes great pride in my car and the way it looks, it's disapointing to know I have a bumper that's noticeably darker.

The staff that I met with was great. Especially the front desk rep but I would like to have seen how they would have handled me if I would have noticed the miss match paint.

The staff was very friendly. The young lady at the front desk and Natasha are the best. Natasha kept me informed of my car repairs every step of the way. I am so glad I decided to take my car to Caliber.

There was a slight delay which cause me to lose some work time or pay for additional car rental. I feel I should have been given at least a little more time to arrange for the return of the rental and pick up.

Everything was great until I receive notice that my vehicle was ready 2 hours before I was required to pick it up or I would lose my rental car or being charged for additional rental. It was a Friday and the shop was not open on Saturday so I had no choice but to change all of my plans and come to the shop immediately. I received no other notification that the vehicle would definitely be ready on that day
