The broke things in my car cost me hundreds of dollars and lied about it not to mention that one of the employees talked to me like I was nothing.To me and why I wouldn't, I would never go there.Or recommend that police to anyone

When I dropped off my car and proceeded to Enterprise, there were no rental cars available. I had no way to get home and Tam arranged for a team member from Calliber to drive me home. That was extremely helpful. When I picked up my car, Butch explained all that had been done. I was also impressed with how the car was cleaned inside and out.

Staff very friendly. Body work was not completed well, even to my untrained eye the work looked off sloppy.. Seams off, fender molding not properly aligned, one piece was not even the correct part? Very odd that a body shop professional wouldn't realize this while installing and say something and correct before returning the car to me. Very disappointing that you tried to push a panel that was textured rather that the correct corner piece that was smooth and should have been painted. No manager available at the time of pick up so an appraiser helped me. I was told that 2 wrong pieces were ordered and that I would have to come back for more repairs and should expect to have to drop the car off for 1-2 more days later? Already had a rental car why not just have me leave the vehicle instead or having to rent again and take 2-3 more hours to shuffle cars? No communication since I left the shop on 2/23. Called on 3/5, was told they had corner piece but still needed to be painted and were unaware of the other concerns or parts that I was told would be fixed.
