My whole experience was fantastic from drop-off to pick-up. Brianna was extremely personable and has great customer service skill. She was easy but detailed to talk to and work with. The job was finished ahead of schedule and looked flawless. I would recommend Caliber and would be a repeat customer, if unfortunate events hit again.

Everyone was wonderful, from Christine to Chris. Everything was well orchestrated and coordinated with the car rental agency; all I had to do is drop the car off. Very hassle free.

Everything was taken care of by Caliber, even getting a rental cars, getting the rental car to Caliber, as well as returning to Caliber from rental when all was completed. I have never come across such coordination before. What a relief! And Caliber service area is so clean! With coffee and munchies! I will miss the kind service! Thank you and should I suffer another accident, j will return to Caliber!!!
