Overall, I was hoping for more proactive communication, but the work was done when expected, so that's not a big deal. Additionally, the repair work itself was fine and I would recommend CC based on the repair. My biggest grievance is that it would have been nice if my personal items in my glove box and center console hadn't been stolen. I spoke with Andrew on the phone though, and he seemed to be on top of rectifying that situation, so we'll see what happens.

I was recently rear ended and was going through the insurance company to get the damaged repaired. Progressive sent a list of service providers. I thought let's try Caliber. It turned out to be a good choice. So, I went to the North Glen Burnie location. Jill was one the best customer service people I have ever met. She is patient and ensures you have everything you need so you can progress through the repair of your car. Kyle was my service provider and he took a couple of minutes to ensure I was happy with the repair. My over all experience with Caliber was very positive and I would recommend Caliber to others when needing body repair.

The customer was excellent. Jill was very aware of the system and made sure my rental was scheduled even though the customer service person who called me said that it would scheduled. It turned out that it wasn't.
