From the beginning til the end the experience was painless even though I was a wreck. Jill is such a pleasant start to the process her knowledge and calm demeanor definitely let me know I was in good hands. She called for my rental pick up. She told me the steps and texts to expect during the repair process. Kyle was also amazing. Once the repairs begun Kyle kept me updated also. I will recommend this Glenburnie location on Crain hwy always. I can’t forget how clean they presented my car back to me just like I just got if from the dealer. Repairs were also timely. Thank you.

I do not believe a new bumper was put on my vehicle. I think it was merely painted over. There are way to many spots where rocks and other road debris has hit my bumper that look painted over.
