Everything looks great on the body work that was done. They were fast with the repairs. The only problem I have is that the passenger side power mirror that was replaced keeps resetting in different positions like it was never programmed to the vehicle and I’d like to get that taken care of.

The repairs are great. Thank you! It was just frustrating in terms of picking up my vehicle. They couldn’t repair my vehicle in the Remington office so they transferred my vehicle to the Glen Burnie office. Once they finished the repairs in Glen Burnie on the afternoon of April 13, they contacted my instance closing out the case. This, my insurance thought they needed to stop my rental car coverage. However Glen but I didnt get a call that my car was in the Remington location ready for Pickup until the next day right before closing (after 5 pm on Tuesday April 14). This I could turn in my rental and pick up my car on Wednesday, April 15 but when I came to turn in the rental, enterprise said they were going to charge me for two extra days and not charge insurance! It was a messy situation in which had to explain to Remington -!: Glen Burnie that my rental should not have been closed out by then in the day it was done in Glen but is but once I actually could pick up the vehicle where I dropped it off, which was Remington.
