Overall the body work looks good on my car. It wasn't very clean on the inside when I got it back. The sunroof and the radio were not working so I had to come back to have those fixed.

I had to constantly call to inquire about the repairs. The communication was terrible to say the least. I had to call and speak with the manager, Ray several times because the person in charge of contacting me (Tom) never did. I spoke to him once when I called, which was a waste of time. Every time I turned around they were ordering another part for something they missed. My car was not properly assessed when it was brought in on June 9th. I didn't get my car back until July 27th after being promised it back several times before that. And then it still had things wrong with it. To be honest it wasn't in an accident...my car was stolen. There were some damages to the passenger mirror, the door needed to be realigned, scratches on the bumper and tiny minor dents close to the wheels. They actually caused interior damage and had to replace my console, seatbelts and seat covers because the sun beamed through plastic covering my sunroof and burned holes..they tried to blame that on the tow company but later admitted that the sunroof wasn't open when the tow company dropped it off because I had pictures and so did my insurance company. They didn't assess that damage until the beginning of July.

The team at the Glenside CC location was extremely professional and Welcoming. They made sure to communicate with me every step of the way and they were as speedy as they could be in fixing my car. I would come back again! Everything was super smooth. Also the receptionist was soooo sweet.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and make the customer feel appreciated. The lines of communication keep you updated as your car moved through the repair process. I was heartbroken when my car crashed but when I picked it up it was restored to looking like the day I drove it off the car lot! The body work is gorgeous and the csr sparkled inside and out! Thank you so much 😊
