From the initial reception, estimate of repairs, continuous updates, and final delivery; Caliber Collision is one of the best experiences I have had the pleasure of witnessing. Mike and the office administrative assistant / receptionist demonstrated very professional attitudes and offered stellar service. As a former Georgia State Trooper, I am very appreciative of this repair experience seeing as I was NOT at fault and was forced to trust my repair service endeavor with others. Caliber is definitely a first class operation!

I brought my car in for an estimate. An agent examined the damage and explained that anestimate would generated and sent to the insurance co covering the bill. After 2 weeks- no response. Called CC. No record of the estimate encounter at all. It added weeks onto a 4 day repair. Not happy. However, once I was rescheduled- EVERYTHING was done perfectly! Very pleased with the service, the reception agent, and Mike. Special thanks to the reception agent for linking me to Enterprise rentals when Hertz dropped the ball. Thank you .
