Miscommunication with Tom and Ron when Tom just wrote check fuses and didn’t clarify it was to be for my audio/stereo system. Then Ron seemed to be eager to be finished with my repairs and I felt like my last issue I was most interested in was ignored and now I have to spend more time and money on this repair. I didn’t like the feeling of being rushed out the door and persuaded to give a good review

They did an amazing job with the repair and the communication. They updated me throughout the process and even helped support me when there was an issue with insurance. They made sure I was covered with a rental and called Enterprise for me, which was helpful cause I didn't have to worry about it on my end. I work as a restaurant manager so my schedule didn’t allow for an easy pick up, but they went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car without additional rental charges.

My bumper replacement part was on back order. Ray made many, many calls to track down who had the part on hand. He finally found someone in South Carolina who had the part and over night it to Ray. I got my car back the next day (on a Saturday!) I can’t say thanks enough! I was kept informed throughout the repair. What terrific service and dedication!

Great repair job. Great at keeping me informed, too! Very accommodating. They called around and found a back-ordered part and had it shipped from South Carolina to PA! I felt the service was personalized: answered all my questions and took time with me; I never felt rushed even though they were obviously very busy! I highly recommend them!

Anthony and the whole team were so kind and accommodating. The process was easy and painless. The communications were timely and very clear, and all made themselves available for my questions. Anthony even worked around my requested schedule and tried to get the car finished early. I am so appreciative. Not to mention that the repairs all look perfect and the car looks beautiful! I would recommend with enthusiasm!
