The Caliber team at 225 S Easton Rd is amazing. I received VIP treatment from the moment my insurance company contacted them until I picked up the car. They arranged car rental delivery and pickup, provided text messages every step of the way, and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. The car was cleaned inside and out. Steve has been 100% amazing, honest, and thorough throughout this entire two week process of repairing something pretty minor on my vehicle. When I got it back today, I have to say I was stunned at how beautiful everything was from bumper to bumper. Steve had made sure everything would be perfect, and he made good on that promise. I asked if he had a manager, I could write to, but as he is the manager, he had to defer to me writing on some format like this where I can tell you that he was beyond outstanding. I don’t know if anyone has ever given me such outstanding Customer Service. Steve made sure that from bumper-to-bumper everything from the paint to the dings to the divots, to all of the missing paint were gone. I will honestly tell you that my car looks like a brand new car. I am shocked. Everything is thanks to Steve and his incredible attention to detail. You could not possibly have a better employee/manager. Steve is truly an A+ employee. You could not ever find someone better than him. I thank you so much for his thoughtfulness, his caring, and everything he has done to make sure I was 100% happy. So I leave you with this tonight: Steve is the most outstanding manager anyone could ever hire. Please know that I will speak with anyone on your management team and give you details and everything I can possibly give to let you know how absolutely important this man is to the operations of Caliber Collision on Easton Road in Glenside. You should be extremely proud of him. I am one of the happiest customers you have certainly ever had.
