The vehicle was heavily buffed following repainting resulting in swirl marks all over the vehicle. Disappointing, unsure why all the buffing was required after repaint

Looking over the windshield portion I feel that it was done half ___ molding and weather profing is cut off or not in place windshield wipers were not properly placed or set when turning on the wipers the would extend off the windshield like little arms Now customer service was awesome the lady at the front desk was nice and professional and provided all the right information. The lady that walked me to my car was also nice as well. As for the guy that works in the office when I when the first time my car didn't look right and I think that was a problem fro time because he was not so nice when I talked to him and when I told him I would be there on the 10th to pick it up he huffed and hung up the phone on me So I don't really care for him or his attitude not very welcoming or nice

Car wasn’t looked over prior to delivery. A lot of scratches still on vehicle. They were apologetic and gave me a document to bring the vehicle back to fix missed areas
