Starting from the beginning I was overly concerned about each process of the repair being completed timely and correctly. John the estimator did an amazing job with keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The trust that he showed in the technicians also made it much easier to just sit back and let the process happen. The team overall really showed me that I chose the correct facility for the repairs.
