Recently, I brought my car to Caliber Collision for repairs. I am very satisfied with both the customer service and the repair service here. Especially Ms. Susan (who works at the reception and handles customer payment files) — she was very kind, providing detailed guidance and support for me. Since I am not good at English, she spoke slowly so that I could understand. I am truly grateful for that. Mr. John also updated me on the repair progress every day. It was good because I had death in my family and the sped up the process so I could have my car for out of town but my backup camera somehow was re adjusted because my license plate tag is now showing in my camera. And it wasn't before I took it back but they said it was just the way my plate was on my car .
