The representative of Caliber named Cody was very timely in keeping me updated on the repairs to my vehicle. When it seemed like the repair work would take longer than the rental agreement of my insurance company Caliber offered to cover the cost until repairs were completed. I am very satisfied with their customer service and repairs they made to my vehicle.

Had body work done at Caliber ten years ago on my 2012 Camry. They did a great job and worked well with my insurance company. A couple of weeks ago a noticed an issue with the paint in the area of the repair. I took the car over to Caliber and the problem was covered under my lifetime warranty. I dropped the off before leaving on a week vacation, when I got back the car was finished. They drove me to and from my house. And gave my car a great wash job. Could not be happier!
