Oh my goodness! I was so happy to get my car back!! Wasn't expecting it until Friday but got it back a day early!!! Plus, they washed and cleaned it, it looked as if any damage was done!!! 3 days became 8 days, anytime after 3 became 4, and ready on the 7th day messege became an errant messege sent. The repair itself is perfect and they went above expectation with some car cleanup.

They did a great job and was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and polite. The only thing I wish they would have told me why the repairs took longer then normal. They sent me a text saying it would be longer but didn't explain, therefore I wasn't sure if I would owe money for my rental car.

Quality of work was acceptable but the customer service was horrible. I was continually lied to. What was suppose to be a week job took 5 1/2 weeks. Updates were few and far between. Updates that I did receive were incorrect.

Caliber Colission is the only repair shop that I would advise anyone to visit. The experiences that I have had each time was great. Great job guys. Candace
