Car was done ahead of schedule and we got a call Friday saying we could pick it up and turn in our rental. We decided to wait until Monday so they would have time to clean it inside and out. The car was in great shape when we picked it up! Everyone at Caliber was very good at explaining everything to me since it was the first time I had ever filed a claim with my insurance company. Excellent work was done. You can't tell anything was ever wrong. Work was done quicker than I expected. Repairs to tailgate and rear bumper look better than when dealership made previous repairs.
