Very professional, kind, and though it took much longer then expected Krist reassured me of it finished work would done soon. I was encouraged by the updated text. And when finished I was notified both by text and phone call. The job was finished inspected and I was truly satisfied.

Let me say this is the 3rd time we have used Gerber for collision repair and I would use them again if we unfortunately have a need. They have always been quick to get us in and out. The hesitation that I had this time was when I went to pick the car up and I looked over the repair, there was a noticeable gap between the driver’s side door and the wheel well molding which was not matching the other side of the passenger door and the wheel well molding. I went back inside and a technician came out and found that they were 3 connection points between the molding and the car body and only 2 had been connected. Once the 3rd connection was attached the gap lined up right and matched the other side of the car. I picked the car up in the late afternoon on July 3 - could be they were trying to get the car completed so I would have it for the holiday weekend. As I said before, I would use Gerber again if needed. Thanks
