Jeff and Shelby were great. I was able to leave my car for an extended period and when the one part didn’t come in time, they coordinated a loaner car for me. Then they got the car done really quick and I had it in two days. They were outstanding people and great customer service.

Overall, I think they did a very thorough job. It’s just a little scratch issue that bothered me and the fact they didn’t keep me up-to-date.

They left a scratch on the door handle of the brand new door they installed. When I texted them about it they didn’t reply. At the very least they should have at least acknowledged it.
