The whole team communicated well and Marcus did a great job getting it in and out asap. I was also very worried that the car would be totaled (the car has sentimental value to me), and they helped ease my fears of that.

I could have accepted the lack of updates but due to missing items I would never recommend this business

The work was fine but I irresponsibly left my $200 winning scratch off ticket in the vehicle when I dropped it off that of course is no longer there. It also took twice as long than originally stated which wasn’t a big deal but I they could have done better with updating me. The work itself was good.

Communication was frequent. I liked that they called consistently with updates. I also loved that they vacuumed and washed my van. Big points for that! 😄
