Hello!! I had a great experience- start to finish!- at Caliber! Everyone i dealt with was friendly, helpful, and kept me up to date on progress with my repairs. Ruby was my contact from the start..She was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful. I was treated more like a friend than just a customer. Which was really appreciated! The repairs were done ahead of schedule, I received regular updates on the vehicle’s progress, Ruby was a huge help dealing with the insurance co and rental, and the GM Brandon saw me at a restaurant on his time off and recognized me and went out his way to say hello and tell me when I could expect the repairs to be completed (and he was right on the money). I am beyond happy with my experience with Caliber Collision.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ruby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the GM Brandon was as well. Brandon even saw me at a restaurant on his day off and went out of his way to come say hello to me and update me on the status of my repairs and when I can expect it to be completed (and he was right on the money).
