Before selecting a body shop I did my research and read all the reviews on the Body shops in my area and Lansing. I selected caliber Collision because they were a five star rated and the customer reviews were all positive.. they were very helpful from the moment I walked in . I was able to drop my car off at Calibrr Collision enterprise. Rent-A-Car met me there and I was able to leave from there and go straight to work I wasn’t late on time for work. When I learned my car was ready, I went to Calibrr Collision picked up my car and was able to leave the keys to the Rent-A-Car and they texted someone to come right down and pick them up. Everything went smoothly. My car was returned on the day it was guns just a wonderful experience customer service excellent, they treat you like you’re their family and that’s a real quality any more of these days I would highly recommend SJW Grand Ledge MI.
