Everyone was very respectful and transparent about the process since my car repair needed to be paid by a third party insurance company. They kept me updated each step of the way including any concerns with the insurance company, which I appreciated. They also kept my own personal schedule in mind despite the other issues concerning payment, which is vital as a solely single mom. They also overestimated when the repair was expected to be done so I got a nice surprise call that my car was ready a week earlier. Ruby was the one that I got the pleasure of dealing with the most. Upon pickup, it seemed like any employee at the location would have been wonderful to work with.

This is a great shop! They went above and beyond. I had an issue with my door lock that they didn’t cause but they fixed it anyway. They are friendly and professional. They can be hard to find the first time - they’re located behind Grand Ledge Ford and share their entrance. They even detailed the interior of my vehicle ! I will definitely come back!
