It was quick and easy. They work with my insurance company so I dropped off the car. They gave updates by text which I loved. When it was done I paid my deductible and left with car looking brand new again.

Everyone was so nice and kind! The only thing I would say is I’m not sure if the text service works correctly. I responded with a question every time I got texted an update and never heard a response back. Even when Marcus texted me a question, he calls the next day to ask. So I’m not sure why the texts aren’t going through but maybe something to check in to!
