I felt like initially they almost talked me out of working with them because my insurance company doesn't use them as a preferred shop, but my insurance company said I could use any shop, and I was happy with previous repairs done here, so I moved forward anyway. Everything after that went smoothly!

I brought my truck to Caliber following an accident. I was greeted by David and Brandon who took the time to make me feel welcomed and to explained what would happen to get my truck back up and running (to the rhythm of my life)! Marcus kept me upto date on the status of the repairs including updates on delays due to a part shortage. When my truck repairs were complete, Marcus and Brandon worked with me to quickly address a few concerns resolved within a single work day. My truck looks like new again. Took 3 appointments to get an estimate, picked up my truck on a very cloudy day and didn't notice the dent just above the repaired area until the next sunny day (only mileage added was from their shop to my home). Upon return they said it must have happen after I picked it up ( nearly impossible).When I picked up my truck there was a small piece of plastic hanging so they tried to use double sided tape to hold it, no luck so I went back and they told me they would order the part and call when it came in and that was nearly 1 months ago. Very unfortunate because I used them less than 1 year ago when a deer hit me and they did excellent work. 50 50 chance this could happen to you

I was not happy that I had to point out bill was incorrect. I noticed fine details in was not a full 100%. I was not intrigued with paying for a tire that was not rated for the vehicle. I cannot get any tire service to address tire if there are any concerns because I never would have been able to acquire tire that is not rated for the vehicle. I will have to rep!ace tire. I should have gone with spare donut until I replaced the entire set.
