First, your 4.9/5 rating and comments made Caliber my first and only choice once I spoke with David. David, was patient, informative and transparent with the entire process. Second, Marcus communicated with me often and answered all of my questions sincerely. GM Brandon jumped in and assisted Marcus with one of my questions. Instead of brushing it off or taking care of it later. They quickly figured it out and I was on my way. I have many customer experiences in my life and this was one of the best. Lastly, and most important in the long run is that I believe it was fixed properly and looks good! Kudos to the technicians!
