To be told it's ready to be picked up and then get a phone call no more than an hour later saying it's not ready. That an employee was removing the flair from the WRONG side of the truck. Do we not preform quality control before calling the clients? If we need repair in the future we will find another shop that works with our insurance. Zero stars all around.

Had to wait longer due to 2 employee negligence issues. Received a call stating the vehicle was ready to be picked up just to be called back later stating it's not ready.

I have been recommending the shop to anyone and everyone already even before my repairs were completed. This is the third time that they have fixed the problem unfortunately squirrels keep nesting in my jeep each and every time I have been taking care of incredibly well.

Brandon, Mike and Dominic went above me on in so many ways for me. Not only did they repair the vehicle. They put in the squirrel deterrent again, but this time wrapping it with capsaicin tape at my suggestion as squirrels had chewed on the rodent deterrent. Even installing the squirrel deterrent in a way that the toggle switch could not be accidentally deactivated again. Much to my surprise when I went out to the vehicle, it was completely detailed something I appreciate more than I can say. All of it is something I can appreciate more than I can say. I have been recommending this location to everyone that I talk to about my vehicle repair. I don’t have enough good things to say, but everyone involved has my deepest appreciation. Thank you.
