Everyone was super helpful as well as everything was communicated very clearly to keep me updated on what was happening with my vehicle. My car was as good as new and done earlier than expected! They also swept and cleaned this inside of my car which was much appreciated. 10/10 experience

My only complaint was the amount of time taken to get the truck finished. Repair work and being kept abreast of repairs was fantastic. The company and workers were great.

When I say I wish I could give them more than 5 stars is an understatement!!! Picked up my SUV today and I was in shock at how beautiful my baby looks! We had our truck for 11 months fresh off the lot in pristine condition before it was hit and our baby is back to pre-accident condition. It looks like it was never hit. I am in awe at the level of service Caliber provided at this frustrating time. I wish our baby had never been hit but goodness forbid if I’m ever in this situation again I will not hesitate to use this facility! You all kept us updated throughout the process and it was beyond smooth from start to finish! This will be our go to body shop from here on out. Special thanks to the entire staff!!

Its was very smooth experience. Just dropped car, and few days later it was ready ahead of schedule. No hassle in the process. One thing to add to the experience is, if there is a ways to present the pictures of the damage areas while you are sending out the estimate, that would be a great way to know and anticipate the damage and cost and timelines.
