Gary is great. Front desk gal not a welcoming presence to business though. Email updates and actual timelines don’t match so should coordinate that better but car looks fantastic now.

Lots of overspray on the vehicle, including the windows from painting the roof, the inside of the driver door front and back is clearly missing paint and you could still see factory primer color ,lots of clips and moldings not secured all the way, still did not fix pieces that were broke from the hail damage like the plastic trim piece above the driver headlight, very bad, clear bra install, and cutting scratched my paint. I am very disappointed and will not be taking anything or referring anybody else to caliber collision in Greeley.

Overspray on windows and on truck from painting the new roof paint not completed inside driver side door, jams, front and back plastic piece around the headlight on the front grill was not replaced , Front clear bra poorly cut, and installed and even scratched my paint clips around fender wells fender liners were not completely installed 100% will not use this ever again and will not recommend this company or shop to anybody else. I have to now repair my vehicle on my own due to poor workmanship, quality, and lack of discipline.

Kathy was great at the front desk. Gary could’ve been better lack of communication promised the truck on a Friday told him to keep it till Monday never got the truck until Thursday. They had to finally give me a rental.

Parts of the vehicle are missing paint, back window was installed crooked, part on rear sliding window was broken, parts have gouges, rear seats no longer latch in place, front bumper was installed in correctly, windshield whistles when driving, clips are missing and pieces on the vehicle are loose

The time it took for the repair was efficient and well done. I received a copy of the repair and it is warranted. I was more than pleased with the repair. The staff was pleasant and I was kept informed by text of the complete process. Would definitely recommend.
