Caliber Collision did repairs on our truck for damage it received during a hail storm. Caliber was highly recommended by our insurance company, and we were not disappointed. Kerry helped us throughout the entire process and explained all of our options to have the truck repaired, and exactly what they intended to do to fix the damage, including options if they were to run into other issues along the way. Despite the extensive hail damage to our truck, Caliber was able to bring it back to the condition when we first bought it. We can't thank Kerry and the staff at Caliber enough.

This was the second time our truck had to be repaired for hail damage, as it was hit back in 2018 along with our Honda. At that time, we took both vehicles to another repair shop in Greeley, and although the truck repairs were fine, the Honda didn't turn out so good. We chose Caliber Collision this time based on the recommendation by our insurance company, and we couldn't be happier, not only based on the repairs, but for the customer service as well.

The repairs that were done are great. We have a sensor in the driver side mirror that is constantly loose and I need to take it over . So we had to go back and reiterate some of the things that haven’t been fixed. Waiting to hear back. Otherwise the repairs were done well and we are grateful for the work that was done.

It didn’t seem like the representative really listened to my wife about the main concerns on the claim, insurance claim , and when we had to return for things that had not been done or redone he changed to when he saw that I was there.
