Took 6 days for a 3 day job.... we were extremely inconvenienced without our car for a weekend (that we hadn't planned on)!

Our original estimate was 2-3 days maximum....we called on the 3rd day and told it would be ready the 4th. Very dishonest about when the car would be ready---when they hadn't even got it into paint. Made excuses about being short on help.

Repair looked nice and could tell a professional did it. However the repair seemed to have a lot of snags in it and lots of times where from one person I heard one thing and from texts got different information took a lot longer then it was promised multiple times

I dropped my car off on 4/26 and was told the repairs would take five days. My car was not torn down to assess for internal damage until two and a half weeks after I dropped it off. My car was not ready to be picked up until 5/24, and all I kept being told was that the weather was causing delays. I will never take my car to this shop again.

I only received accurate updates on my car’s progress if I called. The texts they send you are automated and inaccurate. One day I got a text that my car would be done by the 22nd, then got another text later on that day that said they were waiting on parts. This was over 2.5 weeks after I had dropped my car off.
