I had a great experience with the Caliber Collision after they repaired the entire right side of my vehicle. From the moment the parts were ordered until the day my car was finished, they kept me informed and updated me throughout the entire repair process. The communication was excellent, and I always knew the status of my vehicle. The work was completed ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated. Danyell was especially helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I was unable to pick up my vehicle that Friday, and she was willing to go the extra mile by asking her manager if they would come in to make sure I could get my car. That level of willingness to help really stood out to me. I also appreciate that the shop offers a warranty on certain repairs and items, which gives me additional peace of mind knowing they stand behind their work. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs, communication, and customer service. Everyone was professional, helpful, and kept me informed from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing collision or body repairs!

I’m very pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision. They did a great job repairing the entire right side of my car, and I was impressed that the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Throughout the process, Danyell did an excellent job keeping me updated, from the time the parts were ordered until my car was ready. Her communication made the whole process much easier and gave me peace of mind knowing what was going on. I wasn’t able to pick up my car that Friday, but Danyell went above and beyond and was willing to ask her manager to come in so I could get my vehicle. That level of customer service definitely made an impression on me. I also like that Caliber Collision provides a warranty on certain repairs, which gives me additional confidence in their work. Overall, I’m happy with the repairs and the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

Initially, the Office Staff makes you feel welcome. Helps you through the drop off process and linking you up with your rental company. I then met with the Supervisor (Steve), who kept me informed throughout the entire repair. The Staff and Technician's are outstanding. When I picked up the vehicle the GM took the time and went over the repairs with me. The end result, my vehicle looked great. I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, my car is a DENT MAGNET haha If a tree branch is gonna fall, it'll be on my hood, and my back end can get crushed with me just sitting in a restaurant or even at a red light..... happens all the time. But these guys have fixed my car perfectly every time. I am a very satisfied repeat customer and I wouldn't go anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
