Caliber kept me well informed during the process. It was very delayed (due to the dealership) but they did a great job. Picked vehicle up but had some issues to my interior (was not in the original damage process) addressed with manager who was nice and understanding. Waiting to hear back about the next steps to gearing interior taking care of. Overall satisfied

I could never in good conscience ever recommend this company. I’d never want anyone to go through what I’m going through and the heartbreak and emotional trauma it’s brought on. Serious emotional trauma from having all these repair issues when I haven’t even made the 1st car payment on it. Devastating for a new vehicle owner.

I’m having to take my car back in AGAIN, the 1st paint repair was horrible with trash all in it. Quality control was not done correctly. It was fixed but yet again and I’m reporting multiple visible finish defects across the repaired driver-side rear quarter and rear door area, including repeated cloudy/hazy patches and multiple scratches/scuffs, all discovered within about one week of pickup. I can’t ever recommend this shop. I’d never want anyone to have to go through this- ESPECIALLY with it being a brand new 2026 Camry. My vehicle will never be the same with all this re repairing. My bottom black trim underneath my repaired panels also needs to be replaced due to the scratches that were made and I was told they couldn’t buff them out anymore or it would go down to the plastic. I’m exhausted dealing with them and so hesitant on having them repair these issues again but insurance is letting them have one more chance before it’s taken up the ladder to someone else.

I ONLY rate this higher because I’ve been dealing with Steve and he’s been so nice. He did however miss the quality control the 1st time and didn’t check before it was almost given back to me. Because of his kindness and him saying he got on to his people, I trust HIM more than anyone else there.

My wife pointed out the fact that you guys didn’t fix the alignment of the front bumper. I pointed this damage out to the guy upon drop off. And days later it’s still the same and now on both sides of the top bumper

Caliber Collision was super helpful after someone side swiped me, and the repairs were made much faster than I had expected. The areas that were repaired look brand new, and the customer service was excellent! They also kept me updated with the progress along the way and dealt with the insurance people so I didn't have to! Would definitely recommend!

The repairs were wonderful but I was missing a necklace out my car ! Very Valuable that I shouldn’t have left in the beginning but very unprofessional for it to go misssing and for my items to be placed elsewhere when I left them in a specific spot
