I don’t think this process could have gone better. I dropped the car off and was open about the fact that I was in a time crunch due to an impending move overseas. The professionalism, service, and product were outstanding and done in a incredibly timely manner. In and out in less than a week. I am very, very satisfied with the experience from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

I have never had an accident in my life, and getting hit from behind at 25+ while sitting still what a shock for me to say the least. At first when I dropped off my truck on Nov 15, I felt like Monte and Caliber were going to be a great fit. However, once there was a problem it snowballed from there. The first pick up date was 11/25, that day came and went with no bumper on my truck. The bumper never came in. After I called and question why it was taking so long to get a Mopar part that should only take 3-5 days for shipping, I received a call later that day informing me my bumper was in Al. and they should have it painted and on the truck by tomorrow. Well, that didn’t happen. When I called 2 days later to get an update, ( I have had to call for updates on my truck since the 25th as no one calls to update me any longer) I was told the bumper did come in but was damaged. Had I not called I’d never known. Another bumper would have to be ordered. So, I would have to wait again. Did not like communication as I felt I was constantly reaching out for updates. Also took entirely too long to repair. I was told certain things would be done, however they were not done and when they did get done it was 2-3 days after said promise days as the person was to busy doing his own personal stuff instead of customer stuff on business time. Totally unprofessional. Picked up my truck on 12/6 only to fine dents.STILL in the tail gate, my exhaust was all scratched up my RAM letters on the tail gate are loose and the wire housing hose for my tail lights clip is broken and hanging out the bottom of my tail gate. I took a complete video of my truck prior to dropping it off at caliber so I know even inch of this truck. I take pride in my truck. I hate what happen in the wreck, but I hate what Caliber has done even more. Would not use them again
