The repairs were well done and I would rate that as a 9.5, but the communication in regards to the status of my car was poor.

The repair job was well done...there were just 2 small spots of green paint on the handle of the new car door that I didn't notice until I returned home.

I was never given an update at anytime during the repair service. I brought my car in at 8 am on Wednesday and I called the following Monday to get an update...I was told they were waiting on my insurance to approve a supplement and they had to order more parts...but when I talked to my insurance, they told me they had approved the supplement on the Friday of the week I brought it in. Finally, the day I was to receive my car back they refused to release my car because the said they had an additional supplement to be approved...and I had paid my deductible, so I didn't understand why Mr. Monte would not let me or my car go until my insurance responded back. The gentleman in charge at Caliber Collision told him that he could not hold me because I met my deductible and to release my car...I want to say Thank you to the just and kind Sir.

My truck had a small dent in the door that couldn’t be repaired (initially quoted to be repaired), had to be replaced. They were able to still get everything done in time which was my main concern. The work is exceptional and daniel did a great job communicating and keeping me updated.

I don’t know that it is a problem unique to this shop due to supply chain issues, etc. however I would not recommend the shop because I would encourage people to find a place that will order parts before you drop off for repairs and/or allow you to use your car while waiting on parts.
