Jimmie made the whole process easy and kept me informed along the way with the tracking system. He explained upon pick up what all the shop replaced and made sure my sensors and lights worked before allowing me to pull off the lot. I definitely will be recommending Caliber Collision in Hampton and most importantly telling those to see Jimmie his customer service was exceptional!

All pieces were not in place when I came for the pick up I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before the issue was resolved. This was a basic check that should have been observed since it was the side that was worked on

I had the vehicle for one day and the car is no longer starting. I had to call caliber twice before they shared they would pick up the vehicle and made it clear that I would be responsible for any cost if it not associated with the work they completed
