Caliber didn't fix all of the damage and are also claiming they didn't cause more damage to my car that was not damaged when dropped off. They had my car for over a month with minimal contact about updates.

Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that the paint job had not been completed to my satisfaction. Specifically, the lower portion of the bumper was intended to be painted to match the front bumper, but this was not the case. Furthermore, the manager exhibited rudeness and unprofessional behavior when I attempted to address my concerns with her.

They did a wonderful job. The repair was professional, the paint job was awesome and there was not even a hint of the scratch/dent. Everyone was helpful, cordial and pleasant. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood the process regarding my responsibilities versus that of my insurance. It was a hassle free and pleasant experience.
