The staff and mechanical technicians treated me like royalty. I didnt have to think about anything. They handled the rental and everything. Being rearended on the interstate is traumatic but one thing I did not have to worry about was my car. They are so kind and patient. So many places have lost the art of true customer service but this King street location has not. I didnt feel like just another number. I felt like a connected part of the community. They go above and beyond.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Repair & Customer Service I had an awesome experience getting my truck repaired. The work on both my rear bumper and back window came out great. Everything looks clean, professional, and like it should. I also want to recognize Morgan at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked in. Ashley, my service advisor, was outstanding as well. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions, and made sure everything stayed on track. Good repair work is important, but good communication and customer service make the whole experience better. Morgan and Ashley definitely delivered on both. I’m extremely satisfied with the repairs and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing quality collision or auto body work.
