Katie was very helpful in guiding me on the phone to understand the complicated insurance paperwork and procedures and made very comfortable due to I have not dealt with any insurance claims in 40yrs Don who was my insurance advisor was very straight forward in explaining the drop off procedures of my vehicle and what it will take to get the job done in a very coherent understanding way. Both Katie and Don answered any questions I had and listened to all my concern pertaining the job! The work was exellent and looks like a brand new car when I got back. Don also took the time to explain what work the body shop did on my car. Please give them the recognition they deserve and I believe they are an asset to your team Will Haynie

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision repairing our Honda Pilot. They understood from the beginning that our goal was to keep the vehicle and have it repaired within the insurance estimate. They worked with us and the insurance company, carefully looked for ways to reduce labor and parts costs, and stayed within the approved budget. They also completed the repair almost two weeks ahead of the estimated completion date, which we really appreciated. Their communication, effort, and commitment to getting our Pilot repaired rather than totaled meant a lot to us. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!
