Thanks for the professional attitude from the ladies at the front desk to the estimator Russell.Great to to experience someone like Russell who knew exactly what needed to be done and kept me updated from the time my Ford Edge was checked in to the day I picked it up.Also I would like to say that it was extremely helpful to me that there was someone available that was able to drive me home after I dropped off my Ford. We were told. It would take 3 days and given a written estimate. We selected them based on estimate. Then when truck was dropped off the timeline changed to a week. Then the next day, got a new estimate that was close to double. I said I needed to take somewhere for a new estimate. Was told it was too late, they already removed part. When I questioned the higher priced they used excuse that the estimate was given from photos - that was an absolute lie. I physically brought the vehicle in. It was not an extreme crash where there could be hidden frame damage. It was a small dent barely noticeable with some paint rubbed off. Felt like it was bait and switch if there were honest with estimate I probably would have gotten 2nd estimate. And there comment that it's ok, it won't cost our company any more money, they just bill the insurance, they do it all the time. Also, the timeline changed again to two weeks. That to me is not right, I was held hostage as I couldn't confirm their second quote was fair and they charged twice as much as they probably should have and more than likely ripped off me through the insurance co. No wonder our rates are going through the roof. How can a professional company be sooo wrong on estimate and timeline for a small dent. It was small enough that we considered not even repairing,, but it was a hit and run, and fixing was the only way to "punish" the defendant. Overall the work was satisfactory

My Experience

I was very pleased with the outcome of the repair on my 2026 Raptor in Antimatter Blue. I was very concerned about matching the paint color. When I got it back it was sitting up front in full sun and if you didn’t know you could not tell where it was painted. I got it home and went over the entire truck to make sure everything worked, and it does. Totally satisfied. They are a 10 out of 10. If I ever need a paint the body shop. I will give them a call.
