I have a brand new vehicle 2025 Kia K5. I bought a brand new off the lot never driven and I trusted classic collision to fix my car and it looks awful. I pointed it out to the worker on Friday, September 4 when I picked it up, I seen that the bodywork was shabby didn’t lineup. Also both sides of the back end of my car looks like it been thrown together not quality work I spoke with someone they told me to come back on Tuesday at the Labor Day and I will be returning. Hopefully they can fix it, but the guy told me that works there. It looks like that’s the best they can do if that’s the best that they could’ve done I would have just took it to Kia dealership. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied.

I am very unhappy with the work that was done to my car. I trusted you guys to fix my brand new Kia K5 2025 and it looks like someone has just thrown it together not quality work at all, and I pointed it out to the worker and his response was he thinks that’s the best it’s gonna get, but he also told me to return on Tuesday so I will be returning. Hopefully, you guys can fix my car. The bodywork looks really shabby doesn’t line up. This is a brand new car that I bought fresh off the lot. I am very unhappy.
