My Experience

I’m disappointed with my experience following the repairs to my vehicle. Since getting my car back, I’ve noticed that the steering/turning feels noticeably rough, which was not an issue prior to the repairs. Now I have to take additional time out of my schedule to bring the vehicle back so the issue can be evaluated and corrected. I expected my vehicle to be returned in proper working condition after the repairs, so having to make another trip for a new problem is frustrating and inconvenient. I’m hoping they are able to identify the issue and resolve it promptly.
