there is a new chip in my paint on my car on the rear end where here was no work done. when I asked if they would fix it they said they would have to get back to me. that was over 10 days ago. not happy..

It took entirely too long for minor vehicle repairs and to get the parts. Phone system is not the best. Very unhappy with the my vehicle being in the shop for 3.5 weeks

I was not satisfied with the time frame it took to restore my vehicle. Also additional damage was done to my vehicle while housed at Caliber. My vehicle had to be buffed from abrasions made by scrubbing of the marker which was used to mark prior rock chips & scuff marks. Caliber removing their marker marks caused abrasions and full rough paint in those areas.

My service advisor Earl Stanley did a good job. But the phone service and the phones rolling over to the call center in Dallas was a pain. Long wait periods to speak with your service advisor.

had a 4 inch scratch on passenger door that had to be buffed out. Guess the quality check is not as thorough as they claim.
